Competitive cheerleading is one of the fastest growing sports in the country. It is an exhilarating team sport that combines power tumbling, dance, jumps, and stunting. The Universal All-Stars dedicate off season training to developing and refining all of these skills for competition season. In addition our athletes build strength, flexibility, and endurance.
